Speakers and Musicians

Larry and Thelnita Fincher, co-founders of HomeBuilders Ministry, have extensive experience in teaching, counseling, and working with families.  They have presented seminars and retreats nationally and internationally.  Larry is the Family Pastor at Rowland Road Baptist Church, Monroe, Louisiana.

Robert Francis is on staff at East Union Baptist Church, Hensley, Arkansas as the Counseling Pastor and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Arkansas.  Robert and his wife, Janice have two children, David and Bethany.

Dr. Eric Spann, a graduate of L.S.U. Medical School at Shreveport, has a family practice in Berryville, Arkansas and is a member of First Baptist Church of Berryville.  Dr. Spann ministers to couples and families in the church and in his medical practice.

Todd Sadowski  is founder of Christian Financial Principles, a financial planning and investment management company dedicated to applying God's word to its products and services.  He has recently authored a new book, "The Christian and HIS Finances".  He is a frequent guest on Little Rock TV and radio.

Dubs Byers  is Director of Compass Ministry of South Side Baptist Church in Star City, Arkansas that provides training to churches to help equip members for service to Christ.  He is Superintendent of the Arkansas Correctional School system and has extensive experience in training at the local, state, and national level.

Buddy Ritter is Director of Ministries for Rock Haven Ministries, Hasty Arkansas.  He has served as an AWANA missionary focusing on children's ministry and has pastored churches in Arkansas, Texas, and Florida.

Steve Butler is on staff at Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson, Texas as the Worship Leader and Choir Director.  He leads a group of dedicated musicians with a unique blend of vocal and instrumental talent in the music ministry at Calvary.  He will be in charge of the music for the retreat.

Nino Fincher  is a certified physical trainer with 16 years of experience and teaches at both the Cooper Institute and Tom Landry Center in Dallas, Texas.  She is a native of the Republic of Georgia with a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Shawn and Alison Crane are members of Spring Creek Baptist Church in Benton, Arkansas where Shawn is the Minister of Music.  Together they have produced a project, Anticipation , and are frequent concert presenters.

Kevin Berry and Neill Roshto with Uncommon Worship Band will lead praise and worship on Saturday. Kevin is on staff at Rowland Road Baptist Church and Neill is on Staff at First Baptist Sterlington.
