Larry
and Thelnita Fincher,
co-founders of HomeBuilders Ministry, have extensive
experience in teaching, counseling, and working with
families. They have presented seminars and retreats
nationally and internationally. Larry is the Family
Pastor at Rowland Road Baptist Church, Monroe, Louisiana.

Dr. Eric Spann,
a graduate of L.S.U. Medical School at Shreveport, has a
family practice in Berryville, Arkansas and is a member of
First Baptist Church of Berryville. Dr. Spann ministers to
couples and families in the church and in his medical
practice. |

Todd
Sadowski
is founder of Christian Financial Principles, a financial
planning and investment management company dedicated to
applying God's word to its products and services. He
has authored a book, "The Christian and HIS
Finances". Todd is a regular guest on Little
Rock TV "Arkansas Alive" and hosts his own radio show, "The
Good Steward." |

Byers
is Director of Compass Ministry of South Side Baptist Church
in Star City, Arkansas that provides training to churches to
help equip members for service to Christ. He is
Superintendent of the Arkansas Correctional School system and
has extensive experience in training at the local, state, and
national level. |

Steve Butler
is the Worship Leader and Choir Director at Calvary Baptist
Church in Henderson, Texas. He is active in couples
ministry and has extensive experience working with families.
Steve is on the staff at Texas Baptist Institute. |

Dennis Swanberg,
America's "Minister of Encouragement", is just
what the doctor ordered if laughter is truly the best
medicine. With his down-home charm and heaping
helping of hospitality, this Austin, Texas born pastor
and comedian has won the hearts of audiences across the
country. Today Swanberg takes his slide-splitting
stories of growing up, families, and the funny side of
church to over 250,000 every year. |

Sharon Long has a
bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology and a masters's
degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University.
She is a certified trainer, supervisor, and facilitator in a
wide array of curricula with the Centers for Youth and
Families in Little Rock where she develops and
implements specialized parenting programs. She is
married and the mother of two adult sons.

Ross
and Amy McBroome met
in 1996. They were married in 1998 and six
years later God blessed them with their first child
Madison Kristina and again in 2007 with their son Kaden
Ross. They have Worked for years with MBSF,
Family Life, Teenagers, and Mission points from the
Mississippi Gulf Coast, to Pennsylvania. In
January of 2008, Fort Smith Baptist Fellowship called
Ross to be their Sr. Pastor and leader.

James Roney
is a counselor with the East Texas Treatment Center.
He has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M
University and graduated from Texas Baptist Institute.
He and his wife, Kathy, attend Calvary Baptist Church in
Henderson Texas.

Kevin
Berry with
Uncommon Worship Band will lead praise and worship on
Saturday. Kevin is on staff at Rowland Road
Baptist Church ministering in Worship and leading the
College Ministry on the University of Louisiana at
Monroe campus.
